So many places

So Many Places

“So Many Places”

For everything, there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.: Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NLT)

Season of Struggling

Today, it seems like so many people are in the struggling season. People are experiencing the hard parts of life right now. So many people are sick, hurting in some way, lost loved ones, and countless other things.

But what we must remember in this type of season is that so many different kinds of seasons are going to be woven throughout our lives. A season is exactly that- a season.  Ecclesiastes chapter 3 tells us this. There is a season for everything.

Seasons in the Valleys

You may currently be experiencing the valley season. I am sure you are ready for the next one and to see the good.  You are waiting to see the blessing in it all. My sweet friend, get ready because it is headed your way.

Seasons of reflection

As I was in the process of editing our book, “The Bull Didn’t Win,” I had a lot of moments that stopped me in my tracks. These moments made me nod my head when I thought about what life brought us on September 6, 2014, when we first heard the words, Traumatic Brain Injury until leaving our book signing on July 15, 2021.

Season of Gratitude

I thought about all the places God had taken my family. Believe me, there were many things I reflected on and learned in the valleys we experienced.  I discovered that my valleys grew me into the person I am today. This is a person who is much better equipped than she was before my biggest trial hit me. Let that be you too! God’s going to take you so many places in your life, so never take your eyes off of Him.

“Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.” Psalm 119:105 (NLT)

About Susan Browder

“Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.”  Hebrews 11:1 I grew up in a small town in Alabama called Boligee. I am a wife and a mom to two sons, Nick who is 24 and married to his sweet wife, Mallory, and Jacob who is 18.  My husband, Nicky, is a person of who I am so proud. Our lives changed forever on September 6, 2014 about 7:00 pm. Our son, Jacob, had an accident that would deeper our faith in God and challenge us in ways we never dreamed. My prayer is that our story will encourage others in their struggles with life altering experiences. My writing will be our testimonies but more than that it is about how we have a loving, caring God that carries us through the most difficult times of our lives.

We would love to hear from you
