God’s Unseen Hand

Thank You, Lord that I am alive, my husband Buddie is alive, and the people in the other two cars are alive!!!  We saw “Your Unseen Hand“ last nite.

chr

The Lord watches over you—-The Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.”

The Lord will keep you from all harm—-He will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going now and forevermore.” (Ps. 121:5-8)

Last night, we were traveling home from our grandson’s football game.  With God’s protective care, we are still here. We pulled out to pass another car, and as our car came alongside it, we began to hear the sound of metal on metal. When we looked to the left (where the noise was coming from), there was a third car exactly level with us and the other car. We were three cars wide on a two lane road. The third car was passing on the shoulder of the road.

No doubt with God’s guidance, my husband quickly sped up, passing the first car and avoiding what could only have been a devastating accident for all of us. But the third car didn’t try to slow down or back off, she came sailing around us both at the same time.  (She did stop at a church parking lot, and we followed her to make sure all of us was okay.)

Thank You, Lord that we woke up to a brand new day to breath, live, and enjoy Your Sweet Presence, our families, and this beautiful world that You have given to us.

Thank You, for the crisp, fresh morning and the ability to inhale the refreshing air—-

“You are definitely the air I breath!!!”

Even though it is overcast with cloud cover, You have sent “rays of light beams” thru the openings from the East. Thank You for the beauty as it highlighted the tips of the cedar tree on one side.  Oh Lord, “You are the Light“ of my life.

Thank You, for letting me hear the rustling of the golden red leaves as the wind blows and rustles them in the trees and across my yard, and to see them as they drift  through the air to the ground in their own fairy-like dance. Oh, Lord, “You are the Wind” that blows in my life by Your Holy Spirit.

Oh, LORD, YOU ARE ———-YOU ARE———–YOU ARE ————everything good, marvelous, and kind, and so much more than mere words can express.

Oh, LORD, THERE IS NO ONE LIKE YOU——OR——- EVEN COMPARES TO YOU.

You truly are and always shall be my God, my Lord, and my Master!!!

I humbly bow to You and Your Greatness with a heart overflowing with thankfulness for You and Your Unseen Hand.

(God’s Unseen Hand – Acappella Version)

Thank You, for letting me hear Your loving voice as You gently guide my thoughts and heart in writing these words of thankfulness and praise.

Loving You forever and always,

Your daughter,

Tricia Cook

P.S. For many years, it has been my practice to always pray and ask my Father to send “Ministering Angels” before us, above us, and around us as we travel, whether it is to the grocery store or anywhere.

Do I believe He had us surrounded last night???   YOU BETTER BELIEVE I DO!!!
